About The Company
Pro-Man Training Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a company that was created as a result of identifying a definite need for the qualitative and equitable recruitment, selection, training, development and placement of gaming staff, given that there are more than 30 casinos operating in South Africa. The company is owned and managed by Lauren Gordon and Violet Bogoshi, subject matter experts, who collectively have over 35 years experience in various fields of gaming.

For our highly skilled, professional team to become leaders in catering to the Human Resources Development norms and objectives of the Gaming Industry through teamwork, compliance of operating standards, ethics and open communication.

We will endeavour to promote a cooperative, diverse training environment where learners are encouraged to capitalize on their full potential through the acquisition of skills and knowledge which will be integrated and applied within the gaming sector, thus creating a positive approach to the various gaming job functions.

About The Members

Lauren Gordon
Lauren has a 21 year work history, with 17 years being in the very diverse Gaming Industry; including Casino Tables, Cashiering, Administration and Human Resource Development. Before going into partnership with Violet, Lauren spent 6 years managing the entire training and development function of a 350 staff member department for a local casino, thus working extensively in the recruitment, selection and development of Tables staff.

Violet Bogoshi
Violet is a subject matter expert in the field of gaming, and with an 18 year work history in Gaming Operations and Operations Management. She started her gaming career as a trainee dealer in 1985, and worked her way up the ladder to Tables Duty Manager. During this time Violet attended numerous management training and development programs enhancing all management activities within a 350 staff member department; as well as dealing with all aspects of customer service.
